Artis Restaurant By Phelim O' Hagan

A relative newcomer on the LegenDerry scene, Artis (Latin for craft) has already been making waves with restaurant critics and food lovers alike. Located in the city’s historic Craft Village, this elegant, fine dining establishment fuses local, seasonal produce, and the latest culinary techniques to create stunning a la carte options and innovative tasting menus.

In the kitchen is celebrated head chef Phelim O’Hagan, who conjured up the Artis dining experience with Ray Moran of the acclaimed Soda & Starch restaurant. A former finalist in the BBC’s Great British Menu competition, Phelim brings years of Michelin-starred experience to Artis, and his expertise shows in every dish.

From fresh Donegal lobster and sumptuous signature steaks, to farm-fresh vegetables, foraged ingredients and artisanal cheese, the menu is complemented by an extensive wine list including natural, organic wines, and LegenDerry drinks and spirits.
