Notorious Street Food
Caolán McCourt’s street food truck is gaining notoriety for all the right reasons. The self-taught chef is fanatical about food, and it shows when you tuck into his bestselling beef birria taco: a winning combination of juicy meat, poached for 18 hours, with Mexican chilli, Rough Brothers beer, star anise and lime, all stuffed into a beef fat-dipped tortilla.
If burgers are more your thing, treat yourself to a sticky, lip-smacking smash burger. Beef quarter pounders are smashed and seared, loaded with fresh Grants’ smoked bacon and cheese, and steamed under a dome for ultimate gooeyness.
Grab some extra crispy chips to go with it (no soggy spuds around here), and keep an eye out for seasonal specials, loaded fries and punchy homemade sauces such as pineapple and pomegranate.
